北京凱順騰建筑設計有限公司，前身是北京恒藝建筑設計有限公司，成立于1996年，是一家持有建筑行業（建筑工程）甲級資質的自主經營、獨立核算的設計單位。業務范圍包括：建筑方案設計、建筑施工圖設計、室內方案設計、建筑裝飾工程設計、建筑幕墻工程設計、建筑智能化系統設計、輕型鋼結構工程設計、照明方案設計、照明工程設計、消防設施工程設計等資質相應范圍內的專項工程設計業務，可從事資質證書許可范圍內相應的建設工程總承包業務項目管理和相關的技術與管理服務并且具備全專業BIM設計咨詢能力。
全公司現有建筑、結構、給排水、暖通、電氣、門窗幕墻及工程勘察等專業技術人員320余人。其中，高級工程師12人、工程師24人，注冊建筑師6人、注冊結構工程師6人、注冊電氣工程師4人、注冊設備給排水工程師4人、注冊暖通工程師4人、BIM設計師30余人、照明設計師10余人、造價師10余人。設計人員專業齊全、配置合理，已實現計算機網絡管理。
公司總部位于北京，現上海、廣州、深圳、武漢、重慶、西安、蘭州等地均設有分公司，銷售和服務網絡遍及全國，現年產值過億。公司多年來完成工程勘察設計項目1000多項，涵括行政辦公、醫療衛生、教育場館、商業設施、文化體育、小區住宅等較多大型公用及民用建筑，獲得了中國地產金廈獎、金盤獎、山西恒實地產優秀設計單位獎等獎項，取得了顯著的社會效益和經濟效益。

Beijing Kaishunteng Architecture Design Co., Ltd. is developed from Beijing Hengyi Architecture Design Co., Ltd. which was established in 1996. It is a design institute with class-A qualification in construction industry (constructional engineering) and the ability of independent operation and accounting. The business scope includes: special engineering design business related to building scheme design, design of construction drawing, interior design, construction decoration engineering design, curtain wall engineering design, intelligent system scheme design for buildings, design of light-weight steel structure work, illuminating scheme design, illuminating engineering design, and fire-fighting equipment engineering design, meanwhile it is permitted to be engaged in the construction project management and related technical and management services within the scope of qualification certificate and also has the ability of providing professional BIM design consultation.
The company has more than 320 professional technical personnel respectively involved in construction, structure, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electric engineering, doors and windows and curtain wall (DWC), and engineering investigation survey and other fields. These professional technical personnel include 12 senior engineers, 24 engineers, 6 registered architects, 6 registered structural engineers, 4 registered electrical engineers, 4 registered equipment engineers or water supply and drainage engineers, 4 registered HVAC engineers, 30 BIM designers, 10 lighting designers and 10 cost engineers. With full-range specialties and reasonable configuration, these designers have achieved computer network-based management.
The company is headquartered in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chongqing, Xi'an, Lanzhou and other places have set up branches, the annual output value of billions of dollars, sales and service network throughout the country.
